With this update, you have the freedom to create call back tickets without the need to specify a call time, allowing for a more streamlined ticket creation process.

Now, when you generate an invoice and stamp it within LIFTai AMP, you can download the entire ticket & supporting data package as a comprehensive record. This feature simplifies your record-keeping and auditing processes, ensuring that you have everything you need at your fingertips.
